50 Bolsover Street, London W1

50 Bolsover Street front elevation

Ridgeford was chosen by joint site owners Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Trust and All Soul’s College Oxford to purchase the site and deliver a medical facility as part of Ridgeford’s proposal for a 210,000 sq ft (19,500 sq m) mixed-used scheme.

The redevelopment has been phased to enable the existing Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital on Bolsover Street, to remain fully operational whilst the new medical facility has been built on the southern half of the site. The Out Patients’ Assessment Centre was completed on time in November 2009. Both phases of the project have been completed.
