School children at St Vincent’s Roman Catholic primary school – one of London’s most unusual playgrounds – will receive year-round protection from Britain’s bad weather, following planning permission for a new canopy.
The school is located in a densely populated area of Marylebone, with the playground situated on top of the school’s roof.
Construction update: the canopy is now complete and to celebrate, Ridgeford’s Christopher Murray is hosting a reception on the roof terrace at St Vincent’s on Friday 15th June 2012.
